Refunds

All sales are final. Please feel free to email us at info@IMLuxuryHair.com with any concerns.

 

Shipping

We process and ship out all of our orders within 48 hours of payment Monday - Friday. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You should receive your hair within 1-3 business days after you receive your tracking number. A signature is required for orders over $500. 

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with USPS to file a claim. Our packages are insured by USPS and additional insurance is available to purchase at checkout.

We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.

 

Zero Tolerance for card fraud

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.



Returns

You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if you put the wrong address.

Cancellations

You will be charged $15 if your order has to be canceled.

 

At the moment we only ship within the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
