SHIPPING POLICY
 

Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

Please examine your package before signing for it.


Please Note:

 We ship in two different packages. (Flat rate envelopes  & medium boxes) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
 

WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!
Flat rate envelope: If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package.

Medium/large boxes: This is an IM Luxury Hair box within the shipping box.
Hold the package firmly(holding both boxes together) and shake to detect that the content is inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.
 

We only ship products to confirmed addresses.  The address has to be confirmed via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $20 Flat Shipping Rate, shipping outside the US $25 per bundle including taxes as well.

Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
 

All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds due to Covid Health Concerns. Allow 3 to 5 days to process and ship your order. All orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:
 

IM Luxury Hair isn’t responsible for any lost/damaged packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to IM Luxury Hair. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
